Everyone seems to have a different idea regarding how to turn the transmitters off. As I understand it, there will be some more "soft tests" to confirm readiness but ultimately, it will be hard shut down... most likely at 11:59 PM or something, and trust me, the door will not hit anyone in the ass on the way out of the transmitter building either. Good riddance.
