Sandy's impacts
I just heard from my former in-laws in Terra Alta. They are dealing with 30 inches of heavy, heavy snow. Half of the town is still dark, and folks outside of town have no idea when they will get the juice again. I would imagine that WKMM/Kingwood and WWHC/Oakland are still off and WFSP A-F/Kingwood has managed to get back on. What about other places?
