Froggy 1340?

Froggy Country WGIE/WGYE/ (and the Motown repeater) ... now identify WXKX Clarksburg 1340 as well. Is this something new? WXKX hasn't been on the air in months. (Year?) If it is new, curious what they would plan with any sort of separation between 92.7/1340 and 102.7/103.9 now if 1340 is indeed intended to simulcast Froggy. Surprised they are even bringing WXKX back. The signal has been terrible for years.
