Black Media buys several stations
The Archie Dale led Louisville Black Media will purchase Gospel 1240 WLLV/101.9 W270CR and R&B Oldies 1350 WLOU/104.7 W284AD Louisville KY from David Smith’s New Albany Broadcasting Company for $700,000. The seller will retain Oldies 1570 WLRS New Albany IN/92.5 W223DK Louisville, two other AMs in Kentucky, and an LPTV. An LMA took effect on April 15.
